Michael is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who has completed his Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Wollongong with distinctions.
Michael has gained experience working with a variety of clients who are living with or have suffered from neurological, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, respiratory and metabolic conditions. These include osteoarthritis, diabetes, osteopenia/ osteoporosis, musculoskeletal injures, chronic pain, heart attacks, strokes, congestive cardiac failure, spinal cord injuries, multiple sclerosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Michael finds great reward in providing exercise, education and lifestyle support to assist individuals living with chronic conditions improve their physical ability, mental wellbeing and quality of life. Michael currently runs the Diabetes NSW & ACT ‘Beat It’ Program at Inform Physio + Fitness aimed at delivering positive health outcomes and behavioural change for those living with Diabetes.
Outside of work, you may find Michael out fishing or touring around Australia playing keyboard and bass guitar in his band.
